  • You can make your reservation up to 3 hours before your trip. However, it's better to book a few days in advance to make sure that your reservation is available and will be taken care of. If no drivers are available in the pick-up zone, your trip is immediately cancelled and 100% refunded.

  • At the time of pick-up, your driver will contact you shortly before the reservation time. In any case, you can find his contact details by following the link in your booking that you received when you confirmed your trip.
